Losing too much too fast

In talking to my boyfriend today he also agrees that I am losing too much weight way too fast. I told him I was doing a three week challenge where I am sticking to eating 1200 calories a day; he made me shake on it to bump it up to 1350 calories a day. So here we go...the last week of my challenge I will add 150 more calorie intake to my day. I'm sure I can manage that Very Happy

I disagree with him. What sort of expertise does he have to make the judgment that your diet is inadequate, and that you are losing weight too fast? 1200 calories is not an outrageously low number for a woman.

I gave my bars away, I did get those and some coupons, but the little book is handy. I still carry it around as you know my plan doesn't fit Atkins. Though we match on lots of things... it is a handy ...
