Is my daily diet ok?

hi, i just want to some confirmation really that i am eating the right stuff, everyday i have 2 weetabix with milk and granulated sweetner for breakfast, then a banana or anothe fruit 2 hours later, then i have a tin of soup always under 280 cals and maybe another peice of fruit, then 2 hours later ill have a special k bar at around 95 cals. 2 or 3 times a week ill have one cheeky bag of low cal crisps like quavers or french fries and for tea im having meals based on slimming world recipies which are usually classed as free full of lean meats and some sort of veg. Is this a good balanced diet?

I would take them maybe once a month or every 2 weeks, because not seeing the progress right away might be disappointing, even if there is progress
