I have been on the site for a while, originally using it to help me track my food and workouts during a 100 day challenge I was doing with my trainer. Once the challenge was over I was 0.4lbs from my weight goal and could not have been happier! Since then I have stopped using the site due to getting a new phone that did not have the app on it. Though I stayed consistent with my exercise (Bodyrock) and pretty consistent with my food, I did notice a difference when I wasn't tracking everything. Then a few months ago I broke my ankle and was out of commission for a few months only recently getting back into exercising. I was pretty solid with my food but was too afraid and frustrated to workout (total mental game). I am excited to use this site again!

Welcome! At the top of the page, click on the tab called RECIPES, then on the right side scroll down to DIET & NUTRITION and click on the button called Gluten Free.

I'm Back
I used to eat fried fish with tartar sauce. Now I bake my fish and then add either lemon juice or balsamic vinegar to punch up the flavor, which saves a bunch of calories.
