Heard the hype about a shake diet named "Body by Vi" been on it for 3 days and I am seeing the results. I have a banana shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch and a regular dinner. I will let you know how I am doing on it through out the weeks. Got to lose these stubborn 10lbs. I weigh 143 now; want to get down to 130

Swollen ankles???
I have them too, and for me it is because of food intolerance. I can accidentally eat small amount of food I do not tolerate, and they will remain swollen for a few weeks.
