Simple - its the excercise that you like, can fit in and maintain. Remember we're all here to get healthier and lose fat pound. its true that a mix of resistance and cardio is "best" but if you hate it then you will probably stop after a short while and/or get demotivated.
My completely and unscientific without mrit advice is to find some type of sport or activity that you will love!
It's a mater of choice, hard work and a bit of OCD !!
