Probably sounds really silly, just started today, I cant see where on my phone or the computer how many calories im aloud to take in a day to stay on track?

Can anyone advise me.

Hi I found mine out when I inputted my starting weight, what your goal weight is, activity level and it should calculate how many calories should be consumed to reach your goal.
On my mobile app it was in my food tracker section at the bottom with the graph.

making progress!
doing good but i can tell you after years of doing low carb high fat... i would not have time to count the calories... i only count the carbs ... and stay about 25 a day... good luck......

Not a diet
Very true. That is for sure the reason I have failed so many times. Currently, my portion sizes are about a third of what they were. I need to stay like that.
