Hi there

Probably sounds really silly, just started today, I cant see where on my phone or the computer how many calories im aloud to take in a day to stay on track?

Can anyone advise me.

Hi I found mine out when I inputted my starting weight, what your goal weight is, activity level and it should calculate how many calories should be consumed to reach your goal.
On my mobile app it was in my food tracker section at the bottom with the graph.
