Took out the Paleo Blueprint book to reread from this summer! I have been slipping with a cheat here and there and then Wonder why I'm not getting results! Am determined to follow according to guidelines for the next 30 days and see just what my results will be!

I'm reading this while eating some absolutely delightful fresh melon for breakfast. If the melon isn't soft enough on its own you could add it to a fruit smoothie.
