Took out the Paleo Blueprint book to reread from this summer! I have been slipping with a cheat here and there and then Wonder why I'm not getting results! Am determined to follow according to guidelines for the next 30 days and see just what my results will be!

Thanks for the reply, no I don’t weigh my food. I don’t have large serves though. My calories are within my goal.
