It's funny how at first I felt hungry ALL the time when I started FatSecret and now I feel I over eat at times. I hope it stays that way. It's girls night tonight and I'm a little nervous about it...We will see how well I can keep it together Confused

This is just a suggestion, but if you know which restaurant you are going to I would look up the menu in order to try and see what you can eat that has the least amount of calories and if you drink limit yourself or make substitutes like diet soda for regular soda. Every little bit helps and if you know what you are getting into it may keep you from overeating. Good luck

Thanks Bizzybee38! I did make a list of the things I will allow myself to order and how many calories each item has...I just hope I stick to it! When I'm home its easy. It's WAY harder when I'm out and about! Especially when most of my friends are super model skinny and eat what they want. Looking forward to it regardless Smile
