should I avoid egg yolks? I've been told they are high in cholesterol and fat.

I believe the latest science says that dietary cholesterol has almost no effect on serum cholesterol. Also, your body needs fats in order to function.

I eat lots of eggs, including yolk, and I don't feel any worse for it. I normally have around 3 eggs per day, mainly because they are so quick to cook if I need a snack. But then again, I am on a high protein diet so without eggs to snack on my life would be much more difficult! And for the record, I've lost around 36lbs since August and have always eaten at least 2 eggs per day Smile
