should I avoid egg yolks? I've been told they are high in cholesterol and fat.

I believe the latest science says that dietary cholesterol has almost no effect on serum cholesterol. Also, your body needs fats in order to function.

But then again, I am on a high protein diet so without eggs to snack on my life would be much more difficult! Blood pressure continues to drop
One of the main reasons I started Low Carbing was because of High Blood Pressure & I too had the whooshy pulse sound in my left ear because of it. But since low carbing it has greatly reduced.
