It's one of those unfair things. Men generally lose weight faster than women. Two lbs lost is still two lbs lost. Keep it up! Smile

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

It is all their dang muscle mass. Stinkers! I am married to the incredible shrinking man, and at times it drives me nuts. We are both on the same program and he took off like a shot, me more like a low pumped beebee gun. After a bit though he slowed down and I sped up, and yes I tired not to gloat, so now we're about even. Even though it does irritate me, I find that it also is motivation to keep going. But don't let him know that, then he'll get all cocky and do that annoying little dance! ;o)

Even at the gym women have to work twice as hard as men for the same results. 2lbs in a week is still awesome. Remember it is not a race.
