I'm not sure what your experiences are with Atkins - however - after briefly looking at some of your menu's... you are not following Atkins. You may be following your own version of Low Carb Eating, but I did see some things that surprised me. Some days your sodium was over 5,000mg/day. That will cause fluid retention. Additionally, (atkins in particular, but low carb in general) - requires you to eat thruout the day a protein & veggies! (you should be getting 12-15g's / net carbs from your VEGGIES alone...and the remaining items, like a little cheese or cream, etc.. will round out the numbers to 20g's) if you are in Induction. This base never changes!!! When you start adding grams in additional increments - you are adding to this base.
