This diet would be better if it didn't work at all but the problem is that that I gained on it. My arms, legs have become too plump and unformed, and to all that I consumed approximately the same amount of calories that I did before the diet. I don't why it happened so but I want to return my former shape! I don't know from what to start now

If you have been doing a weight loss diet and gained weight, then either the diet is wrong, or you did it wrong. Plain and simple. No matter which diet we follow, the goal is to consume less calories than we burn. There are a lot of tips and tricks to lose weight out there, but it all boils down to calories in vs. calories out.
The REAL question is: Your weight is supposedly 55 kgs, according to your profile. Why in the world would you want to lose any more weight?!?

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

The truth is that I went on this diet because of ketosis effects. It is very useful for my mental health as I survived after brain inflammation that delivered me some complications in cramp attacks. I counted every calorie every carb. And I cannot say that I consume more calories. I calculated and it appeared that I take just as much as my daily needs demand. And to to all that I watch my sodium and water intake in order to better activate water circulations.

I'm not sure what your experiences are with Atkins - however - after briefly looking at some of your menu's... you are not following Atkins. You may be following your own version of Low Carb Eating, but I did see some things that surprised me. Some days your sodium was over 5,000mg/day. That will cause fluid retention. Additionally, (atkins in particular, but low carb in general) - requires you to eat thruout the day a protein & veggies! (you should be getting 12-15g's / net carbs from your VEGGIES alone...and the remaining items, like a little cheese or cream, etc.. will round out the numbers to 20g's) if you are in Induction. This base never changes!!! When you start adding grams in additional increments - you are adding to this base.

Have you been doing that?
Live, Love, Laugh ...make each day memorable and enjoy the journey.
