Cool QTDarkie, we are about the same weight with similar goals. On Day 2 (last load day) I was at 226.8 and working to be under 200 by the beginning of February. Right now I'm on Day 7 and down 9.2lbs.

However I'm sort of bummed. My LIW on R5 was 209.8 and I had gotten as low as 207.2, but during P3-P4 I gained 6lbs then another 11 on my load days. (Had a hard time stabilizing and had gotten up to 230 during the break, but with many correction days was happy I got 15lbs off at least). But I'm rather pleased that I've stayed on track very well so far, no cheating. I'm doing my best to make sure this is my last round! Smile

FlagChic: We also have similarities. When I did Atkins I was at 260 (but unfortunately regained it all back and then some due to...life) and my goal is around 183. Cheers to all of us losing!!

Diva, you can't look back and worry about that stuff. The point is that you have made a fresh start. Great job losing those 9 lbs. I am only going to weigh in once a week so I have my first weigh in on Friday. Can't wait to see what the scale says...

Corinn, I'm taking it one step at a time. Don't want to be too disappointed if things don't go the way I want them to. I am going to give it a helluva shot though Smile
