Well after 1 year hard slog I'm stuck at 64.5 kg.
Anyone have any suggestions to help stimulate the metabolism.
I'm absolutely positive I could lose more if my thyroid would just behave.
Still having 4 monthly bloods done & medication is spot on...
Damn there has to be an additional solution to losing more without being unhealthy.
