If you ask me, it's pretty simple. Sonic has their foods in the FatSecret food database. Install the phone app, and register EVERYTHING you eat there, along with a very honest evaluation of your exercise (calories burned). As long as you consume less calories than you burn, you won't have a problem eating Sonic's food. Obviously, it's still about trying to eat healthy and all that, but a little junk food here and there won't kill you. Just count it, and compensate elsewhere.
