So i just started working at sonic like a month and a half ago and i have a feeling that i am gaining weight from working there i dont eat much food from there.... What is something that i can do to not eat the food there? does anyone have any suggests... I know everyone thinks im young and im too worried about my weight but i dont want to worry about it when i get older i want to get to the weight that i want to be and then stay that way and maintain it. I do end up walking alot because i am a carhop but most of the time that is the most exercise i get is there something i could do like a easy diet or something anything would help.. Thank you God Bless

If you ask me, it's pretty simple. Sonic has their foods in the FatSecret food database. Install the phone app, and register EVERYTHING you eat there, along with a very honest evaluation of your exercise (calories burned). As long as you consume less calories than you burn, you won't have a problem eating Sonic's food. Obviously, it's still about trying to eat healthy and all that, but a little junk food here and there won't kill you. Just count it, and compensate elsewhere.

I can recommend you watch the movie Fat Head: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=evcNPfZlrZs - there are some great tips and thoughts on this.

The importance of setting your Recommended Daily Intake RDI
I agree... If you stick with the default you will most likely not see the results you want. I adjust my calorie range for every 5-10 pounds lost. I need to redo mine today.
