Getting up and working out is very hard when you've got medical issues!!! Gotta get in gear tomorrow, God willing.

Have you got a Physio who can advise on the best exercise program to suit you. I have injuries that effect how much or what exercise i can do so i see a Physio and also do yoga. I still wake up in pain and stiff but its getting easier. Good luck with it

No I haven't but I will talk to my Dr. about it! Thanks! She has sent me to a Yoga class in the past but my insurance won't pay for it anymore.

I am not an advocate of dvds but if you have already had a yoga class then you should have a pretty good basis in understanding of how it works. There are some good dvds on amazon which might help. Good luck

ow can I lose belly fat before I get over weight I need the help now?
For me, walking (aim for 10,000 steps a day) or jogging, and eating 60g (or less) of net carbs a day dramatically reduces belly fat.
