I hate the days when I havn't lost an ounce, doing the same thing as the other days but weight is just lingering there.
Don't torture yourself trying to track weight every day! You have to look at the long term picture. Your weight day to day can easily vary by many pounds based on how hydrated you are, when you last ate, when you last used the restroom, etc.
