Hang in there. It happens to everybody. The reading the scale gives you is not a true reading of your weight. There are many factors not in your control. What matters is that you stick with your program. If after a couple of weeks you still are not losing weight, that is the time to re-evaluate your program.

Don't torture yourself trying to track weight every day! You have to look at the long term picture. Your weight day to day can easily vary by many pounds based on how hydrated you are, when you last ate, when you last used the restroom, etc.

Remember that your weight can fluctuate by 5 lbs each day just due to water weight. If you generally are stuck for an extended period, try a special diet/exercise regime for 1-2 days, to knock yourself off the set point.
