Unfortunately the body will attempt to have you regain those pounds and your hunger will come back with a vengeance. Only by strictly controlling your calorie intake for several weeks (at least) can you make that happen.

I began my weight loss this time after being in your situation and disappointingly gaining back 8 pounds I had lost when sick for a couple of weeks.

I suggest a maintenance level of calories, rather than immediately attempting to lose more weight. Your body does need to rebuild itself now. Some of the weight you lost was lean body mass.
