since reaching and going under my goal weight by 4 lbs i have eased off on the measuring calories and with xmas coming i am eating a bit more freely but not crazily so.
i am however training just as hard if not harder and am maintaining a good condition.
this year i went from a heavy weight to inbetween a middle and super middleweight in boxing terms
next summer i intend to be a welterwight
what are your goals once you hit your target look/weight/size

I started at about 200 pounds, a size 18W. Previously I had been as high as 2X.
I am presently at size 12 and 153.8 pounds.
My goal is size 8, 123 pounds, and healthy bodyfat level. I will start monitoring the bodyfat when the calipers arrive. I will probably adjust my goal as I get closer to it. It is quite likely that all those goals will not coincide precisely.

I started at 220lb i am now 186lb. I am 6'2" (nearly) and have got into my bmi. I i had great weight loss to start and have slowed my loss right down to losing only a small amount each week. Over xmas i will enjoy what's on offer but i wot be over indulging and will continue with my program. if my weight goes up so be it but i won't lose any sleep as my wife says i look like a stick insect already lol. i have around a pound left til my target weight and when reached i will set a target of another 5lb then tat will be it when reached. i started weight loss in august. i know i could have hit my proposed target weeks ago but decided to slow things down so as to sustain the weight loss which has worked for me.

My goal is to lose 35 lbs through CONSISTENT exercise and eating less. Through Christmas I will continue to walk/run 3-5 miles 5 times a week and mindfully indulge in the holiday treats.

First day thoughts
It's definitely possible. I gained a lot of weight with each of my pregnancies. My youngest is 9 months and in the past 7 months I've lost almost 50 lbs through diet and exercise.
