Make the right choices

I have the hardest time trying to figure out what to eat, I don't plan for my meals get to work and then can't figure out good choices for lunch and then before I know it I have blown it all up! If I didn't bring lunch then what is good to have fast food?

Pre plan your meals at home with snacks is always the best route but there are days where that item doesn't sound good so I recommend Subway with no added chips of course or Burger King has a veggie burger with no
1st Goal: 150 lbs
2nd Goal: 135 lbs
3rd Goal: 125 lbs

I suggest getting used to packing a lunch the night before. You can easily plan tomorrow's food intake on your food entry page to make sure you stay on track.
