Go back into that activity and where it says increase, click on it and hit decrease...from there put in the same amount of time that you added the first time and save it...it clears it out Smile Hope that helps.
1st Goal: 150 lbs
2nd Goal: 135 lbs
3rd Goal: 125 lbs

Weight flucuation
It defies the laws of physics if you didn't put on additional clothing, food or water. Perhaps it's just that home scales aren't perfect... Or are you having water?

Calories and sodium
If you still want to have sodium, just raise your potassium intake. As you lose weight, your blood pressure will also reduce.

how do i carb count succesfully
I am on an insulin pump for my diabetes and struggle with card counting also trying to reduce my fat intake as lots of food does not have the details on I live on my own with very little cooking exper ...
