Dont know what to do!!!!

OMG I need help! I try eating healthier but I don't know what to cook. I have been eating lots of veggies and chicken breast but I have two kids(7,3) and a husband I cook different food to. I don't know what to cook for all of us so I don't have to be cooking different meals everyday. I also need to exercise more because I haven't loss a pound in over a month. I walk everyday but that doesn't seem to work no more. Please if anyone can help me out I will appreciate it a lot.

It's hard to believe that eating noting but chicken breast and vegetables has resulted in zero pounds lost for you in over a month. It may seem like you are not eating much, but the mind and body work together to deceive you and maintain the status quo.

I suggest you start recording everything you eat every day in your food journal. After a week, if you're not losing, reduce the calories by 10% and go another week.

I'm not sure what sort of food you normally cook for yourself or your family. No meat? No fish or seafood? What did you used to cook? Serve your own safe food and their non-safe food in separate serving dishes so everybody can help themselves to what they want.

You can cook & eat about anything you want but small portion, don't cook more than you & your family can eat, so you won't be tempted to over eat, its better to cook quick and easy meals everyday than to have left overs and eat more than you can eat. You as a Mather you can be greedy as you can be, but you make sure that your family is feed before you finish everything that's a given, so if you don't cook more than you all can eat, there will be no left overs. but make sure that what you cooking is not bad carb or bad fat. Ex: if you make spaghetti meat balls and you have to add some cheese on theirs don't add cheese on yours. Plus is a good time to teach your kids to eat heathy! They already know how to eat small portion!

Not hungry anymore
I m eating around 600 cal a day for about 4 days now on saturday november 28. A I don t feel hungry anymore.

You can log water in your daily diet intake. Water is pretty individualized anymore. the 8 glasses is some arbitrary number.
