Any suggestions for indoor exercise with kids? I have an 11 yo daughter and am looking for some good exercises to do with her. We can't afford the gym, and with the weather cooling off I'd like something to do inside. We are currently doing a Yoga DVD, but I would like to throw something else in too so she doesn't get bored. Are there any kid friendly DVD's out there that anyone can suggest?
Goals for 2014:
Complete Couch to 5K- DONE!!!
Sign up for and complete a 5K- DONE!! 35 mins.
Plan at least 3 outings with the family that involve being active- 2 done

How about going swimming once a week. Do you have a wii or ps3 as they do exercise programs which can be competitive and at the end of the day anything that just gets you moving is good.

I do Zumba, the DVD. It's quite fun and definately gets my heart beating. Your daughter will enjoy it and your core will feel great afterwards Smile
