Homedics mibody scales. I use one calculates bmi water fat muscle and calories based on age sex height. It also came with a usb stick so you can transfer all the info to your pc. So much better than my old analogue one which varied by 4lb depending on where you stood on it

Qsymia anyone?
I have used supplements in the past that work pretty effectively and you do not need a prescription or have to worry about as many negative side effects. Just another option!
