Hi there, I think you should go back to 20g of carbs like in induction and only add 5g carbs per week if you are losing. If you are not losing, you shouldn't be adding 5g of carbs. Does that make sense? Did you start on Induction?

I agree with socagal, try back on 20 net carbs, also log & maybe weigh your foods, you maybe getting more net carbs than you think?

If you are actually running a calorie deficit the amount of carbs should not make a difference for fat loss. It might have a short term effect on weight because of water weight if you actually increased the carb intake, but that has nothing to do with fat loss and even less with belly fat. There are no ways of targeting an area rather than another one, you do not have any control on where the burnt fat comes from. Eventually if you are consistent over time also the belly fat will come down.
When I started most of my fat came from visceral fat and other areas so the effect on the belly was slow, after 6-7 months despite the pace of fat loss decreasing the waist reduction rate increased because clearly the other fat areas started being depleted.

Eat what you like and are sure to enjoy for the long term not what other people suggest, as long as you are actually creating a deficit you will loose fat.
