I haven't used coconut milk, but I have unsed unsweented almond milk in place of cow's milk and it worked pretty well.

I love milk however most of them time for my breakfast i use to make coffee which is completing my day.In Finland many people drink kahvi or coffee but then there are many also love milk which is healthy to kids and moms and i think that 65% of people their are drinking milk rather than coffee but coconut milk seem not.

Coconut milk contains quite a lot of fat so I wouldnt drink it every day, but I use it for recipes instead of dairy milk. Here are some coconut milk nutrition facts and information on its benefits.
