I haven't used coconut milk, but I have unsed unsweented almond milk in place of cow's milk and it worked pretty well.

I have put diluted canned coconut milk on breakfast cereal in the past.

I use coconut milk almost in all recipes (here is one of my favourite coconut cake recipe, in my opinion it tastes even better then cow's milk.

Coconut milk contains quite a lot of fat so I wouldnt drink it every day, but I use it for recipes instead of dairy milk. Here are some coconut milk nutrition facts and information on its benefits.

this could be a very good combo. i like the way of this two because its tasty as well as healthy at a time to drink.

cook book
The only way I can access it on my phone is by clicking a meal to log food, and then scrolling over on the top to "Cook Book". Then you can click your recipe and see the details of that recipe.
