it is actually way too fast, and you run the risk of having skin problems

Depending on how big you started paperiniko, some skin problems can be unavoidable.
Skin can only stretch/retract so-far. I know that only I get down to a weight, and I have proven to myself that I an keep the weight off I am going to have to spend the money on having the excess skin removed surgically for example, as there is no chance that the skin will ever retract that much.

I agree but if you loose that amount of weight so quickly you make it very hard for your skin to adjust. If one has over 20 kg to loose I think it is better not to exceed 2-3 kg loss a month to limit the problems.

Rapid weight loss can cause loose skin. From what i have read the fat cells have been stretched from fat storage and therefore can loose their elasticity. If a gentle approach mixed with body core exercise can assist in giving them chance to regain the elasticity. Also these new folds of skin can cause chafing sores and in bad cases infection so personal hygiene has to be a must to assist in keeping any infection at bay. Most respectable cosmetic surgeons recommend 2 yrs after weight loss to assist in the process. It appears the human body sets the Number of fat cells in adolescence and the principle of any lipo or surgery is to remove a % of these to reduce weight or skin and reduce the rate of any increase.

I have lost 25 lbs in 4 1/2 months, yes it seems slow but I rather be slow and learn things, plus make it a habit along the way.

2nd Goal: 135 lbs

Fruit
I have been having a few sliced strawberries every few days with a MIM or scrambled eggs. I use them as a garnish and that way I don't go overboard. No weight gain with a few berries!
