The hardest 2 weeks are NOT Atkins induction

I found the hardest 2 weeks are the 2 weeks AFTER induction. This is the "have faith" phase where your body seems to have to catch up in fat loss to replace the water loss experienced at the beginning. It's exciting to see a big drop at the very beginning but it takes patience, persistence and a little faith to stay the course and see results!

5% Goal (175lbs) - TBD
10% Goal (166lbs) - TBD
15% Goal (157 lbs) - TBD
Final Goal 144.4 by June 28, 2013 (40lbs by 40years)
