You don't really give much information to go on. Your diet calendar is empty. Are you male? female? How old are you? What have you tried?? Do you work out?

Without knowing that, you may want to start with calculating your rdi. In order to put weight on you will have to eat above that. A pound is approximately equivalent to 3500 cal. You don't want to go out and eat pizza every night as you should worry about your nutrition. A balance of Protein, carb and fat above your rdi will eventually lead to weight gain...if you work out you will have to eat even more to remain in a calorie surplus.

Are you wanting to gain abdominal fat? If so try, a six pack of beer a day (none of the light crap), something sweet with every meal, pizza, pizza, pizza, wait till you are really hungry before eating and then binge, no purging, make sure you always have enough change for vending machines, never walk by said vending machine without stopping, and lastly fast food daily buying as many things as $5 will get you off the value menu.

Why wait to eat? More time to eat=more time to get dem calories down.
Consume whatever foods you prefer, whenever you prefer to consume them, while ensuring nutrient sufficiency and meeting caloric goals.

I wouldn't recommend binging. Have personally seen that end in a bad way. Your stomach was not meant to go through that. If your plan is to put on some muscle then hit the gym. Make sure you are eating enough protein to build new muscle. If you are finding it hard to eat enough calories add a meal replacement shake (like Boost or Ensure for example). I had a male friend who was 120 (stick thin) but because of celiac he had a really hard time gaining weight. He consumed a shake between meals for a couple of months and the calorie surplus helped him put on weight....it was slow until he started weight lifting. Fast food and fried food are probably not what you are looking to use to put on weight....you may put on weight but likely have a fatty liver or other ill health effects. Calorie surplus does not have to mean fat, sugar and nutritionally empty calories.
