Help find ideas or a challenge for my last 5-10lbs

Last winter-spring I lost 20 pounds and have maintained the loss but now I would like to push myself to lose another 5-10lbs. Once I reach the 10lbs I feel as though I will have hit my ultimate goal. The hard part is staying motivated to lose the little amount that I have left to lose. I wish I could find a challenge or some type of motivator to keep me going. I already walk, do some weights and count my calories. Does anyone have any other ideas or a good challenge to join?
