Im having trouble staying on my diet its been since may all i do is go up down tried of it

Without knowing what kind of diet you are on and your eating habits, we couldn't even guess what is going on. We are all anonymous here. Consider opening up your data so others can help you work out your problems.

I know you cannot "Journal" into the future. I did, however, experience that problem (once) using the app - nowadays, I just log journal entries via a PC.
