Shock Bread is my biggest problem right now! I should be further along than I am. What I noticed first about my body is that the first place I gain fat at, is in my stomach. I've been told if I give up bread, this will aid my problem fast.....I don't know! We will see!

Sure, give it a try. There is no harm in giving this up to see what happens. Just make sure that if you replace some of the calories, you replace them with something better rather than something less nutritious. I am gluten-free, and I rarely eat any sort of bread products, never wheat, rye, or barley.

I'm probably swapping one evil for another but I rarely eat 'bread in a loaf' anymore but I do like bagel chips or bruschetta crisps. I like the crunch and when I eat them slow and let them dissolve on my tongue to really taste them I feel I've satisfied my 'breadlike'craving in a way that just regular bread does not.
I'm not losing WEIGHT. I'm converting FAT to MUSCLE to be healthier.

There is no real difference in nutrition. But if you are consuming less of them, that's a help.
