Hi, all. Just wondering if anyone has any idea if it's okay to be on the alternate day diet if you have moderate renal impairment due to diabetes. Thanks in advance for the info.

I would take a complete description of any diet I was considering to my specialist. Your doctor might want to run regular tests while you are dieting to make sure you stay healthy.
