I'm really loving working out with weights and am considering purchasing the SelectTech weights as a gift to myself. Buying pairs of weights is starting to get silly as they take up so much space. I'm wondering if anyone knows if these are worth the splurge or if they are hard to use. The reviews on the site are really positive but I'm skeptical of reviews on their own site.

Totally awesome investment. Takes up less space than conventional dumbbells and works just as well! They have been on my wishlist for a while and If I had enough room to set up a home gym again I would have to get them. They are fairly easy to use as well. Most times if it wont change right away, just shake them a little and it will work. Good luck!

Awesome indeed! I've been using them for over a month now and I absolutely love them. Makes my workout area look so much tidier. Smile

Kaylee, I had the same problem but my Doc recommended surgery to remove Disk 1 and I have been fine with no pain since 1997. Now happily retired!
