Ive used Hydroxycut Max once, it made me feel sick whenever I didn't drink enough water. While taking this, I wasnt really into fitness.. I lost 2kg in that month but I think I couldve lost more if I exercised too.

A year later I used ECA... Never again will I ingest this!!! It messed me up completely! I was jittery, nauseous all the time and had the worst headaches.

4 months after that I used Nutrex Lipo 6 Ultra Concentrate. In 2 months I lost 4-6kg with exercise.

Today Im using absolutely nothing...Im kinda afraid that my body is going to become dependent on these supplements in order to lose fat. Am I right by thinking this way?

Stay away from the supplements. There is no magic pill. The long term effects of these have not been thoroughly studied...if you felt bad taking them, then what do you think you were doing to your body. You can do it simply but proper diet and exercise. If you don't want to diet then create a calorie deficit from exercise. If you don't want to exercise then create a calorie deficit from diet. A mixture of the two is your best bet. Find a way that works for you but don't be lured by ads about the next magic pill.

I bought a multi-stimulant weight loss product once that was only good for keeping me awake on an overnight road trip.

When you use these products, the effect is temporary. They work only as long as you continue to take them, if at all. Then the weight goes back on again. And the safety and effectiveness have not been tested. Many are just money thrown away.

I am not a person that use thermogenics for weightoss but last week I tried Oxy pro elite and I have dropped 5lbs already. I was worried about jitters but this product works for me.

If you set up a good plan and stick with it, you won't need supplements. Log your food, exercise moderately and do what you know is right. You WILL lose weight.
