I just got into this. I lost 75 pounds using Medifast, then have put back on 30. Very tired of Medifast, so going to write down calories and carbs and Insulin , blood sugars, and try Curves diet soon. I go workout at Curves at least 3 times a week. Must get back on diet plan for my health. And my clothes don't fit... bummer. Was taking very little insulin, but as weight has gone up, insulin has had to increase also. Big struggle.

Track or go on the 5:2 diet if you don't want to track every day. After a few weeks of tracking you should be back in control. Post on the site so you can get support. Good luck.

Finally geting serious
Hey hikern, I'm getting back on the wagon again. Got an elliptical machine. It takes a bit of time to get used to the movements. Guess i'll get used to it again! R/Ken
