I just got into this. I lost 75 pounds using Medifast, then have put back on 30. Very tired of Medifast, so going to write down calories and carbs and Insulin , blood sugars, and try Curves diet soon. I go workout at Curves at least 3 times a week. Must get back on diet plan for my health. And my clothes don't fit... bummer. Was taking very little insulin, but as weight has gone up, insulin has had to increase also. Big struggle.

A week in...Low carb and no sugar
l read very conflicting post about diet soft drinks / soda as these are sugar and carb free why do some people say that they hinder weight loss? is it that you may retain the fluid ?
