Okay, this is the umpteenth time I have started over. My sons wedding is coming up in 2 weeks and I am not even sure if I am going to fit in my dress at this point. I have been sad, depressed and all I have done is eat. I need to lose 4 pounds quickly in the next two weeks. Help!!!!

WATER WATER WATER water fills you up more. if you have lots of water it will stop some of the cravings. Try walking around/jogging through your town insted of a car

I am starting over too. I have recently developed a sweet tooth. I have NEVER been addicted to chocolates and candy and for the last couple of weeks that is all I have wanted. I went to Zumba this morning and I plan to go Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I would also like to walk in the park on Tuesday and Thursday. I have to get focused. Ughhhh!

with you having your food journal set to private, nobody can have a look to possibly see where you may be going wrong..... also, if you aren't losing on the scales try using the tape measure, sounds ...
