Well I weigh tomorrow ,2nd week into my 9week target,I lost 3 last week but I feel I may have let myself down this week, fell into the trap, the old saying"GO ON....one won't HURT" when really know it will
So I had a pint of lager and a few crisps so if I don't lose this week I only have myself to blame and of course those that convinced me that one wouldnt hurt,so I will wait and see what tomorrow brings

The best thing you can do for yourself is to "learn the lesson!"
If you dont lose this week, correct the mistakes and move on...
YOU are responsable for what you put in your mouth, not anyone else.
When you decide YOU are the most important thing, nothing anyone else says will sway you from your goal! YOU CAN DO IT!!

I believe that if you have eaten properly all week and drank plenty of water that the weigh in should be fine.
Honestly it just sounds like a cheat day.

Don't be so hard on yourself! Life is supposed to be a nice balance of work and play...you've worked hard and if you want ONE lager...have ONE lager! Just remember, if you play, work it off the next day!

weigh in
Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.

Need suggestions on healthy/low-calorie foods.
You can use shakes for a few days. I have used the Atkins shakes and they are very good tasting. Soups are good though as stated above you may have to puree them. You could puree or blend cottage cheese ...
