I don't know if it calculates/adds them up for you, I think you need to use the points plus calculator and add them in. I've done weight watchers for the past 18-24 months. I found it difficult to stay motivated or inspired with the leader, so I dropped the program and just did it at home...not the easiest task. If you're needing support or a recipe--give a shout! Hi 304leigh007, good luck on WW. I did it in 2010 and lost 95 lbs. Ive kept it off since. Im also new to Fatsecret, joined on 10-30, if you figure out if fatsecret counts points please share. Eventhough I met my goal, i try to keep a daily count of what i eat so I dont over do it and gain back any weight. Good luck to you. If you have any questions, or support im here for you.

Oh, it definitely changes with the times. Lillian Russell would probably be considered a fatty today and her 'sloth' might make it hard to find work! (Sad but true). And me with my Rubenesque ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
04 Jul 13 for diet Weight Watchers
