Net carbs are the ones to count. They are technically OK, but I personally had to drop the shakes and bars, even the induction friendly ones. The sugar alcohols stalled me big time. So if you happen to hit a brick wall, that is the first thing to drop.

Hi.. WE are definitely counting the NET CARBS! I've had to limit how many bars and shakes I eat in a week.. If I have a bar one day I skip a day and I may have another bar or 1 shake.. I'm pretty good with not having either one 2 no more than 3 times a week.. Good luck to you.. We're all on a journey. Smile
