Starting all over
I started this to lose 51 pounds, one pound a week at a time. It has been a rocky road. I have had some health issues that I think are coming to a head so I am going to start over again.

IT really is a hour by hour deal for me.

invited out...ate at a buffet today....cauliflower, broccoli, collards, thin slice cornbread, sirloin steak (trimmed of fat)...sf chocolate pudding..no sugar iced tea...stuffed... very good feeling to ...
