HiSuberWoman- here is the correct recipe for the smoothie I was referring to.
In blender whip:
1 cup of juice (any variety)
1/2 banana or 3/4 berries (I added both)
2 tbs whey powder
2 tbs ground flaxseed
1 tbs ground psyllium husk
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs wheat germ
600 mg fish oil (I actually just swallow the capsule instead of emptying it in the smoothie)
3 ice cubes
The kind of juice and berries you choose can greatly improve the taste.
I used mixed berries and bananas with OJ and I liked it but you can adjust to your tastes and what you have on hand
I think it has about 430 calories
(it depends on which site you look at but I think this is accurate)
