Sharing recipes with buddies

Is there a way to share a recipe in my cook book with a buddy? My wife and i are both starting to use this program, and it is a pain to have to enter recipes twice.

you should be able to copy. logon under one account & go to the others profile and you can copy food from their cookbook or the food diary.
