I am brit. I'm going to be 22. I'm about 5'5 and 118lbs. I want to get down to 110 and tone my belly up. And I'm doing like crunches for five minutes then run and jump like an idiot then do more crunches or bicycles I just started working out again and I was going for some stomach and butt toning ideas. Please and thanks

I have buy the Walking Style IV step counter which give me Action Mode,3D Sensor,Daily Steps,7 days memory etc. Which Fitness Finder will gave my 10000 steps and the kcal?:?:
