I take it. but not the rasp ketones. from all that I have read, the rasp ketones is a waste of money but there is some validity behind the coffee. I have been taking the coffee for over a month now. I also track what I eat for the most part, and am highly active. I think it helped me get over the slump I was in. It does give you some tummy upset the first few days but if you can stick that out, things settle down. It's not doing to do the work for you, but as a boost when things get "stuck" I would say, yes, it helps.
Consider each event with the question: Will it matter next summer?
Remember: It never always gets worse.

Keep in mind this is just a snapshot of someone's life. Just because their profile says they started at a particular weight, does not necessarily mean that is the heaviest they have ever been....it's just a moment when they started FatSecret. Assumptions get the better of you.

I've been taking it for the last 7 days and I'm down 2 pounds (which is a lot for me) - but I can't say it is the coffee yet, I prefer to keep taking it for the month and then see what the results are.

But I will add that I am still calorie counting and have tried to up my exercise - perhaps the coffee is helping with my energy levels too....

What Dr. Oz said is, it's valid, but you have to get one that is labeled either SVETOL (a registered trademark) or GCA (green coffee antioxidant). The capsules should contain at least 45% chlorogenic acid. You should take 400mg, 3X a day, 30 mins before a meal. He says, make sure you take the real thing and it DOES help. Wish I could afford it.

I like both..I did the Green Bean coffee first from pure health and seen results but the store no longer carries that brand, tried the other brand they have no success. I went to another store and seen the raspberry ketone which I am taking now and seeing results as well....but as others say going to finish the bottle and see over all results before I buy more. As well as taking these supplements I also watch what I eat. potion control and count calories along with Tiffany Rothe workouts on you tube and walking.
1st Goal: 150 lbs
2nd Goal: 135 lbs
3rd Goal: 125 lbs
