Lunch Meals

I have a problem, I need lunch meal recipes that are very easy to make to take for work. I have a couple now but I want to change it up a bit. I do not want frozen box meals..yuck! Please help. I know there are recipes on here but I want fast and easy, I can make it the night before and have it ready to go in the morning. Thank Smile
1st Goal: 150 lbs
2nd Goal: 135 lbs
3rd Goal: 125 lbs

I like to do lettuce wraps with turkey,tomato, SMALL anount mozzarella & cucumber sticks. All wrapped. My preference of condiment is mustard to avoid mayo etc. Quick easy and low fat, carb & high protein,

I have brought Hormel compleats meals to warm up at work, tuna salad on crackers, left overs from the night before, I will make a wrap the night before with a low carb wrap, lunch meat, low fat cheese, lettuce and I use hummus instead of mayo.

Do you guys track fruit?
I track everything. even. the fluids I drink. Vegies, fruits. Every little thing that I eat or drink. It will open your eyes as far as calories and nutrients you take in.
