I could give all kinds of reasons to why I haven't logged on but the only one that matters is I have been...LAZY!! I went to the dr. and had some test done. Hope that the results aren't too bad. Anyway, here I go again. I have seen that alot of you guys have done a wonderful job at sticking with your diets and it seems that as long as I was logging in everyday, and posting my daily activities I did pretty well myself. Well I am going to try to stick with it this time. I could use all of the help that I can get. Zumba starts tonight.
Starting over has been hard. I have realized that fs really does work. I have noticed that I pay attention to what I am eating, and how much of it I consume. I have a long way to go and I will get there with the help of fs and my buddies.

You can do it! If you can just keep up logging for a couple of weeks it will get easier. If you've done it before, you can do it again. Logging helps me too, when I actually see how many calories I'm putting in my mouth I feel more in control. Have fun with Zumba! Good luck!!!

My advice is to not begin with any extremes. Extremes lead to failure for most. It is good to see you back before gaining too much back. Good luck!
