Hi all,
I'm 47 years old and I've been doing a workout since December 1 called P90X2. By following this program and eating right I've dropped my weight from 188 to 140 and gone from 37" pants to 30" now.
I'm not selling anything. I'm not even a coach for this program, but I'm impressed by what this has done for me and wanted to share this with others. I have the best coach in the world on Facebook that continually motivates me to achieve my goals. If you want to make a change I encourage you to talk to him. His info is at:

I also encourage you to check out my blog to see the step by step progress for me.

Best of luck to everyone in reaching your own goals.

Congrats on your transformation! I just finished week 1 of P90X (loving it), but if I get the results I want from that then I plan on moving on to P90X2 after that! Thanks for sharing
My fault, my failure, is not in the passions I have, but in my lack of control of them.

Wow, that's a lot of weight lost, congratulations! Unfortunately due to my medical conditions, i can't work out like a normal person and can only do walking and walking in a pool (swim aerobics). I'd love to know what type of food you ate during your diet? I am trying to go no dairy and no pasta, white bread etc (no white food).

I'm seriously considering a fitbit one, or possibly waiting for the basis B1 to be more available worldwide.

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I prefer to exercise in the morning too. Partly because by the time evening rolls around, I'm worn out (two toddlers will do that to you) and partly because I just know me. If I get up at 5:30am, ...

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself every morning. I'm sure it adds stress to one's life but it keeps me focused.

Why should you weigh yourself?
Weight isn't a true indicator of fat loss for example you can have 5 kg of fat or 5 kg of muscle and the muscle will look leaner and slimmer plus will help to increase your metabolism...Personally ...
