Making lots of changes in life at this time. Weight seems to be one thing that holds me back from being and doing the things I love to do. Want to take control of something in my life that I DO have control of.

Yes, 0 calories for sparkling water vs 140 for a Coca Cola (my usual preference when drinking a soda).

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
