I really want to start doing wheatgrass shots. There is a local health food place with a juice bar that has them for $1.99 per ounce. They also sell the powder to do at home, which would be much better financially for me.
Is the powder just as good? How do you mix it? Do you need a blender, or can you just put it in some juice or water, stir it with a spoon and go?
Thanks!!!

I don't believe in the concept of superfoods. Try it, if you like it, do it. But don't count on it being a big help in dieting, and certainly not in keeping off weight longterm.

I saw red wheat 5# bags on Amazon for ~10$ I believe you sprout them and juice them up. I'll check my health food/grocery store and see what they sell the bulk for.
Nutritionally, I'd expect that to be about as good as it gets, certainly better than powder.

BMI
According to my BMI I should weigh 115-154. I only use it to estimate what weight range I should head for, although I know it's not always an accurate indicator.

Is Quitting An Option???
One of the biggest thing I had to learn was not to quit after 1 slip up. Usually the guilt got the best of me, but I handle it a lot better now.
