The good thing about acreage is, it can keep you busy. I'm living on 10 acres with 40 lbs to lose. Catching up on repairs and land clearing to burn excess calories.

intermittent fasting
I use it sometimes when I know I am going out to eat, but my calorie intake is currently high enough to where I am able to eat ~4 times a day.
